    Picked this up from a work colleague a couple of weeks ago.
    Turns out to be a pre-64, 1957 to be exact as records can show. Has some "neglect" pitting on both sides of receiver but otherwise great shape for what he described as a "truck gun" handed down three generations.

    Looks like an identical model to the one my Dad left me!!! One heck of a rifle, he really loved that little lever gun. A seriously well made piece! According to his serial number, it was made while Eisenhower was President, and purchased by him at a Sears Employee store on the way home from work. He took a lot of deer with it.
