Oh, my!
Those are some gorgeous blades! Though I'd have to pry that Union Jack out of the handle of the second one down and replace it with some Stars and Stripes.

This one is called the "Bear Bowie"
8" blade, nickel silver hilt and butt-cap, thuya burl handle material (smells like #2 pencils), commando shaping on the grip.
