Just curious what overall length do you set the heavier bullets too and do they require a different rate of twist in the barrel?

I believe the 77 gr SMK is the heaviest that can be loaded to magazine length. The heavier bullets are too long for the magazine and must be single loaded. Highpower rules require single loading in slow fire stages so that's not a problem in competetion.

Seems like 1/8 and 1/7 twist rates are popular for the heavier stuff.

I have found, if you apply some lithium grease on the spring, it won't make that sproing noise as much, I actually don't even hear it on mine.

    I like 1/7 and 1/8 twist barrels.
