That's a perfect set up. What kind of attendance do they get?

So far, the most we have had to attend were ten, but the word is spreading on our matches, so we have had to buy another target system, with more in the works. In the next couple of weeks, they are bringing in a dirt pan and a 150 horse tractor and dozer for some dirt work! After that, we are looking to become NRA certified for matches. We have heard, that NRA can be pretty hard to please on such things.

Great news. Hope it continues to grow.
If you stay with 'Approved' matches [as opposed to 'Registered'] you'll have much more latitude on how thing go.
Registered matches require a lot closer adherence and stricter reading of the rules. Those are the Regionals,State Championships and Nationals. Since records can be set they demand tighter scrutiny. Approved matches allow directors to better pick how to run the event.

Re: 600 yards, with LRB Match Rifle

4570, let us know when the range is set up.
    I've been playing with Speer 168 OTM, IMR 4064, 42.4gr, Fed 210M.
On occasion I've been loading Remington 180gr SP at 40.0 IMR 4064, Fed 210M, all at 2.80 OAL.
The wind drag on the Remmy 180 drops the bullet at 600 yds so, I aim at the 12 o'clock position on the bull. The bullet drops in without adjusting the rear sight. It's been sporting.
