Re: Sig P365 9mm range report and impressions

Today marked 1550 rounds. I fired a total of 200 rounds of CCI Blazer brass case in 124 grain and 100 rounds of CCI Blazer brass case in 115 grain.

I rode the slide with one mag, and I somehow locked the slide back with 1 mag in the firing string. I switched grip and I guess I inadvertently engaged the slide lock. I glanced at it before I did immediate action and could see it was locked back not "jellied". To test I touched the slide stop lever instead of sling shotting the slide and it immediately went into battery.

In short, I have a horrible habit with all Sigs of "riding the slide" both issues were shooter induced.

In other words I had 1 stoppage, but I will not consider it a malfunction.

I will say if the Sig would have required a sling shot or Tap Rack, Bang I would call it a malfunction or "jelly.

    Another point,
*initial clean, 900 rounds hard before cleaning. I am now 650 rounds in since last clean. I am thinking about running it to 2k then cleaning..
    On my honor,
I will never betray my badge,
    my integrity, my character,
    or the public trust.
    I will always have
    the courage to hold myself
and others accountable for our actions.

    550 more today

    450 CCI Blazer 124 grain
    100 CCI Blazer 115 gain

    1200 rounds since last cleaning

    2100 total rounds fired.

    0 stoppages.

    - - - Updated - - -

Ran it hard for the 550. 3 yards to 50 yards. Added in immediate action drills along with reaction drills.

Ran it hard enough to burning my index finger on the trigger.

Don’t hesitate to buy y’all. It continues to amaze me with its accuracy and speed.

So these pics are after the 2100 round mark. Minimal amount of wear from the 900 round count to the 2100. These pictures are the only visable wear that I can see.

When it gets around 7,000 rounds let me know. I'll break down my Shield and we can compare notes !

Right.... I have about 3500 or so through my Shield. My main reason for this thread is the fact the internet has so many trolls trolling the 365. The Shield is a proven piece for sure.

I am specifically looking at the trolls and their “accounts “

Re: Sig P365 9mm range report and impressions

Reading your reviews makes me a little jealous, simply because of the 10 round capacity and the trigger pull !
As you know the trigger pull on a Shield is not much to brag on. That and the fact we can't buy them in Kalifornia !

So I'm stuck looking out the window of my computer like some voyeurism, watching your intimate escapades with the 365 !
Oh well, it is what it is !
b.t.w. Try not to feel bad !
