FYI:
"Form 2" is "Notice of Firearms Manufactured or Imported" (dealer version of Form-1) form
"Form 3" is the "Application for Tax-Exempt Transfer of ..." (dealer-to-dealer) form
"Form 4" is the "Application for Tax Paid Transfer and Registration of..." form
Us non-FFLs work largely with Form-1s/Form-4s when it comes to Title-2 (a.k.a. "class 3") toys.

Fill me in...at some point wasn't there an outfit selling a repro XM177 hollow supressor "look alike" that would slide over a 16.5" barrel but still outwardly look like an XM177 but with a legal barrel length?
If so is that outfit still around or has it been ATF'ed?
