    I'm surprised on the hate of striker fired handguns here,in which 95 percent of them have polymer frames including the U.S. M17 and M18, the official sidearms of all branches of the U.S. military.

    Not only that, most law enforcement as well as the FBI here in the U.S. carry them too, Glock probably being the most prevalent !


    I have fired over 10,000 rounds through my Shield, with only one stove pipe during that time, so I have no beef against polymer frames !

    I have no confidence in these fancy little "metallic cartridges!" You don't know what powder and shot some stranger has loaded into them!

    I have a Glock 43 for a lightweight travel side-arm.

    All of my other centerfire handguns are steel'n'hammer.
