MySQL upgrade Oakland

In our effort to provide the latest technology and to apply security patches, Acenet engineers will be upgrading MySQL on our shared servers to version 5.7. Please double-check that the scripts on your accounts are compatible with MySQL 5.7. If they are not, please upgrade your scripts to the latest available version to prevent any issues with your sites.

The upgrade will take place during the following maintenance window:

SERVER: OAKLAND
DATE: Thursday, December 15th, 2022
TIME: 10:00 pm EDT
MAINTENANCE WINDOW: 60 minutes, with 30 minutes anticipated downtime.


The database server will not respond to web requests during this time, and your website may appear offline due to database issues.
