Nichols hand miller

A staple of many of the production operations at Winchester Repeating Arms back during M1 production.
Many of the drawings I've looked at at McKraken research have callout on the prints for the Nichols hand miller .
This one was for sale pretty cheap, would be a nice project to restore and actually use .

Yes, Im going to purchase one sometime and do a complete restoration ,I passed on the one above at $750 as I'm not ready or have the time to commit now. Somessy soon hopefully.

Very nice. I'd trade my Rung Fu in a heartbeat. ;)
My Rung Fu mill drill works fine for vertical milling, even without a knee. I've done some surprisingly heavy work with it, but a horizontal mill sure has its place too!
