Thanks nf1e that is on the list but first I will try the unitized gas assembly I ordered for it and checking dwell/OP rod contact as Ted mentioned.
I asked Forceman to give me the most dwell he could so maybe I got what I asked for!

Went out today and shot 15rds out of this rifle and did some checking on the gas piston/OP rod/Roller contact. Also got my unitized gas cly assembly to install Friday...
Observations: I do think TED BROWN has it right. There is no contact between the OP rod/gas cyl/gas plug...
Taking it apart was a bitch but have it all apart to install my unitized 'new' gas cyl assembly tomorrow and try to figure out how to deal with the handguard and setting the dwell to 10/15 thousands?
What are your thoughts on dwell guys?

Ok. My Jeep Gun 2.0 is back together to try again... Here is what I did today:
Installed the Midway 'unitized' gas cly assembly
Ground down my handguard so as not to touch the 'ears' on the band (tried to glue in a foam spacer; old glue will have to wait and see if it falls out)
Set my gas cly assembly without a shim to where I think I should have around .015 thou of so off my bolt roller. (I have no way to measure)
Distance between the gas plug/gas lock at point of slight contact measures .020 thou... Needed to tighten a bit more to get movement so called it good and moved on.
Remounted my muzzle brake with levels and blue hi-temp locktite 262? What do you guys use?

Hi guys, took her out today and did some group and crono checking... I shot everything using my new Atlas bi-pod off of my old table using a rear bag.
Groups did seem to group better but still have two groups that seem to show up in a 5rd string; am plenty happy with how my 'Jeep Gun 2.0' now shoots and will need to look for a decent 155/150gr load for her as I shoot Hornady 150gr GMX bullets for deer season. Jon Wolfe mod/std 22" barrel 1/11
