That's not really a horrible price considering what it is, also taking into account that a lot of new rifle ammunition is almost a "C" note per box today.

Those bullseye boxes are from 1930's -1959 , they usually list double that price or more. I'll probably shoot that older box first . Use those cartridges to make reloads.

Never got past the Winchester 22rf. Photo is over 70 years old. Start of my rifleman days. My older brother , now gone, made the cartridge belt slung over my shoulder when he was in Boy Scouts. Different times for sure. Whatta Hobby!
