    Re: Hydraulic Buffer

    One of these days I'll get an AR built.

    My current interest is a side-charging AR upper + BCG.

    A well built, purpose built AR will hurt your feelings?

    My 13.7 I?d put against any rifle 0-700!

    Re: Hydraulic Buffer

    I think Bear Creek Arsenal still sells side charging AR receivers, I think they would be excellent for a 600 yard match rifle for XTC or MRP. I have one in the parts box, just haven't got around to assembling another one yet.

    Re: Hydraulic Buffer

    My point being

    If I could only have one rifle;

    13.7 barrel
    Sons of Liberty Gun Works NOX timed for right hand
    Geissele MK14 13 inch rail
    Lower of choice with Geissele Super42 with H2 buffer
    Geissele SSA trigger

    Out shoot out class damn near everything

    I don?t believe it would outclass any dedicated XTC or MRP rifle. I?m speaking of shooting prone with sling at 600.
