                                        Here I am, I let my copilot have a little fun flying in the left seat on a mx test flight. I wasn't smiling when he landed. He got on the brakes a little to hard and smoked a tire.

                                                    Yup that's were the el capitan sits. We have an Ol school owner and he has Ol school methods. If we are on a live leg the pic has to fly. We mostly have nothing but live legs so when I can, I throw him a bone and give him the controls. Because of this policy we don't keep copilots around very long. Although Dave stuck it out three years before bailing. He still shows up from time to time. I flew with him this morning.
